Processing & Delivery Times
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 to 3 days (Mon-Fri) after payment confirmation.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 PM (NZT) New Zealand time will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Time: The average delivery time is 5 to 8 day (Mon-Fri), depending on your location and logistical factors.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, high-demand periods, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking

You will receive a Track & Trace code via email within 2-3 business days after placing your order.
